Meadow Raised Meats are from the livestock raised at Sweet Grass Farm
a small upstate New York family farm. At the farm, Wendy focuses on producing succulent
grass fed beef and lamb, tender pastured broilers, free-range pork and red veal, stewing fowl and
two varieties of turkeys (white & bronze). Livestock are raised free of antibiotics and hormones.
No herbicides, pesticides or artificial fertilizers are used on the meadows. This site will tell you about the farm, give you
tips and recipes for cooking with grass-fed meat and allow you to order meat and have it shipped to your door!
What makes Meadow Raised Meats different?
Aside from emphasizing grass as the basis for our natural farming,
Wendy sells our meats in a variety of ways to make it easy for you to purchase!
We have no minimum order - we don't require you to buy 50 pounds of meat or
a quarter of a beef (though you can). We ship meat directly to your door,
or welcome you to visit the farm to pick up an order.
